You can rely on winter in Zell am See-Kaprun. There's 1.5m snow at the glacier Kitzsteinhorn and the slope conditions are wonderful.

The Snowparks and Cross-Country ski routes are open as well. Cold weather is coming this weekend and skiing at the Schmitten should start soon.

You can experience great events in our region: like the Snownights every week from January to March. We've got the new event Balloonalps in our program: 30 balloons will be above the region from 8th to the 13th of February. Your chance to see Zell am See-Kaprun from up high.
